During the install period leading up to our first exhibitions January 7th, artist Luigi Cazzaniga installs a special project in our storefront windows. Shot at Gay Pride NYC 2021, this piece Amiable Things 2015-2016 was designed specifically for our facade. Cazzaniga was born in Milan and is our neighbor here on the Bowery. His work has been shown in the Soncino Biennale, Italy; the Dali Museum in Spain; Hamilton Gallery, London; Howl Gallery, Bowery Poetry Club and Knitting Factory in New York; the Bronx Museum and No Commission in the Bronx.
