ART BRUSSELS 2023

THE HOLE | Booths 6A-20 and 6B-15

April 20th–23rd, 2023
OPENING DAY: Thursday, April 20th, 11–9pm

The Hole is proud to announce our participation in Art Brussels. Please visit us at Booth 6A-20 for a group presentation featuring Alex Gardner, Anders Oinonen, Ariane Heloise Hughes, Hiroya Kurata, James Ulmer, Kristian Touborg, Matthew Hansel, Monica Kim Garza, Nadia Ayari, Pedro Pedro, Roxanne Jackson, Stevie Dix, Vickie Vainionpaa, and Vilte Fuller and at Booth 6B-15 for a solo installation of works by Jonny Niesche.

Based in Sydney, Australia, Jonny Niesche (b. 1972, Australia) makes neon-hued chromatic fields and prismatic structures that riff on mid-century minimalism with formal inventiveness. He has exhibited in New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Sydney and Melbourne, and his work belongs to multiple public collections including the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney, the National Gallery of Victoria, and the Art Gallery of South Australia. Through his imaginative processes, Niesche highlights the power of both illusion and objecthood.
